Returns and Refunds
Online sales are final and returns or refunds are only considered if the goods are defective, damaged, different from the description or otherwise covered under the return or refund provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Requests for return or refunds must be emailed to accounts@matisse.co.nz within 7 days of the delivery date. Under certain circumstances, Matisse may in its discretion accept the goods for credit subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the invoiced value of the returned goods plus any freight.
